In his rush to publicize a one-sentence sound bite, Tom Kean, Jr. shows children putting themselves at risk with a caption saying “Keeping Kids Safe.”

Six young children hang out the windows of a school bus with hands and arms outside the bus. Three of these children are leaning far out of the windows with as much as half of their bodies outside the bus. The names “Kean,” “Munoz,” and “Bramnick” appear in large white letters underneath these children with the words, “Keeping Kids Safe.” The back of this advertisement says that Tom Kean, Jr. is “working to pass legislation” for penalties on predators.
